This is just an overview of the services I provide as a Notary Public in California and a Life Agent that sells Life Insurance. Consulting services are usually based on my career experiences with the real estate development side and property management in the Los Angeles area.
NOTARY:
Acknowledgement
$15 - Per Signature.
Acknowledgement, proof of a deed, or any other instrument. Includes the seal and writing of certificate.
NOTARY:
Travelling Fee
$25 - For 1-5 Mile Travel
$50 - For 6-10 Mile Travel
Contact Me - For anything more than my average travel miles.
NOTARY:
Jurat
$15 - Per Signature.
Administering an Oath or providing affirmation to a person. Includes seal.
LIFE INSURANCE
Term, Whole, Universal, Indexed Universal Life Insurance.

Certifying a Copy Power of Attorney
$15 - Per Copy.

CONSULTING
It's usually based on what it is that you are looking for and my availability.

The small projects I have taken have dealt with Permit Processing for Real Estate Development or Property Management.
